Get ready to set your abs on fire with this mix of high intensity aerobic cardio endurance training, infused with body weight core strengthening and stretching to get you revved up to start your day. This class will be 45 min and will focus on interval training with short bursts of rest and active recovery.
Beginner friendly, everything is modifiable! You can bring your own mat, if you like or we have some available for use.
