Do you need to slow it down? Does your body need a little TLC, a little reconnecting with your core? Your core is your center, your powerhouse. This includes, your abdominals, back, and hips muscles. When these areas are both strong and mobile, you can possibly alleviate back pain, have better posture and improve balance.
In this class we will focus on slowing things down, taking time to focus on our breathing while performing body weight core exercises that strengthen and stretch to release muscle tension.
This will be a great compliment to any of our other classes, a great active recovery day, or used as a stand alone low impact class.
Beginner friendly, everything is modifiable! You can bring your own mat, if you like or we will have some on hand.
